Why Professional Window Treatment Installation is Essential

Just as every beautiful home needs good bones, every beautiful window treatment needs suitable hardware — and it doesn’t hurt if the hardware is gorgeous, too. Window treatment hardware should be structurally sound, functional, and complementary to the drapes or shades it holds.

However, high-quality hardware is only part of the equation. Proper installation is essential for secure drapes and shades that don’t go anywhere except where they’re supposed to. Window treatment specialists can help with this hands-on aspect of the window dressing process, and The Pinched Pleat is no exception. Continue reading to look into all things installation.

Who Will Install My Window Treatments?

If you elect to have us install your new custom treatments, we will take the utmost care to place the hardware precisely and respect your walls and windows while we do so. We are confident in your handyman skills, but our extensive and specific experience installing window treatment hardware enables us to do so accurately, efficiently, and effectively.

    Applying Finishing Touches

Additionally, a design team member supervises all installations, dresses your window with the finished treatment, and reviews operation instructions with you. With installation complete, your custom window treatment journey has ended, and it’s time to step back and take in the view. Or, if you prefer, close your new drapes and enjoy the lack of a view!

    Installation Timetable

As eager as we are to install your treatments and leave you loving the new addition to your home, consulting, designing, and fabricating come first. As soon as fabrication is complete and we’ve received all materials for your order, we will schedule your installation. We typically schedule installations within a week to 10 days of having all completed materials. Final payment is due after your treatment has been installed and your satisfaction has been confirmed.
