    In 2021, Dana established The Pinched Pleat, driven by her lifelong passion for sewing and interior design. With expertise in couture sewing techniques and design aesthetics, she aims to transform houses into homes through personalized soft decor.

    Dana's commitment to you is a seamless, intimidation-free design process that combines her keen eye for detail and diverse business background. Drawing from her experiences in strategic planning and client relations, Dana provides a personalized, comfortable design experience that aims to exceed your expectations.

    Design Consultant

    Alathea joined The Pinched Pleat as a Design Consultant in August 2022. She is pursuing a degree in interior design with a minor in business at Indiana University. Alathea divides her time between remote work and time in The Pinched Pleat’s studio.

    As your dedicated design consultant, Alathea conducts tailored product research, creates detailed renderings, and maintains project materials, ensuring every aspect of your design is carefully considered. Working closely with Dana, Alathea combines a fresh perspective with meticulous attention to detail, making your project successful.
