Precision Fabrication — Without the Production-Line Mentality
A Boutique Soft Goods Fabrication Partner for Hospitality & Commercial Interiors
We’re a boutique fabrication partner for hospitality, senior living, commercial interiors, and select residential projects — built around disciplined process, not production-line volume. Every drapery panel, bedding set, and soft good we make goes through the same spec review, sampling, and quality control, whether it’s one guest room or an entire renovation program.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
We’re a boutique fabrication partner, and yes — it matters. Here’s the honest version.
What you gain: Every piece in your order is fabricated in one workroom to one standard, so consistency never depends on which plant or shift produced it. You have direct access to the person accountable for your project. And when a spec or fabric changes mid-production, we adjust without re-tooling a production line.
What to weigh: We scope each project individually rather than quote from a standard volume matrix. If your program calls for the lowest unit cost on a very large run of identical items, a high-volume manufacturer is the better fit — and we’ll tell you that early rather than stretch to fit your project.
In custom soft goods, consistency comes from process discipline and a controlled workroom. Send us your specs and we’ll tell you directly whether we’re the right partner for it.
-
Five steps, and you’ll know where your project stands at each one.
❶ Intake — Send us your specifications, drawings, room types, and quantities. If something’s missing, we’ll tell you what we need rather than assume it.
❷ Feasibility & Scoping — We confirm what’s fabricable as drawn, flag anything that affects cost or schedule, and identify which compliance requirements apply.
❸ Quote — You receive a line-item quote by room type, with materials, fabrication, and freight itemized separately — nothing buried in a single number you have to defend without detail. Our typical quote turnaround time is 3 days.
❹ Revisions (if needed) — Adjust scope, materials, or phasing and we reissue.
❺ Approval & Scheduling — On PO, we confirm your production window and sampling dates in writing.
-
Yes. Consistency is a process, not a promise — so here’s the process.
One approved sample sets the standard. Nothing enters production until you’ve approved a prototype for each room type.
One workroom, one documented standard. Pattern placement, pleat spacing, hem depth, and finished dimensions are recorded per room type and checked against that record — not rebuilt from memory on unit 40.
Cut from reserved material. We reserve the full yardage for a run up front, so pattern repeat and dye lot stay consistent unit to unit.
Quality control during fabrication, not only at the end. Units are checked in progress, so a deviation surfaces at unit three instead of unit thirty.
If later phases are planned, tell us at the outset — see the note on dye lots and discontinued fabric below.
-
Yes. Tell us the standard your project is held to, and we’ll fabricate to it and document it.
Drapery and vertically hung textiles: NFPA 701 Test Method 1, or Test Method 2 where a vinyl-coated blackout lining is used.
Upholstered pieces: 16 CFR Part 1640 smolder resistance. Cal TB 133 is available on request — note that California repealed it in 2019, though some brand standards still specify it.
California projects: we coordinate State Fire Marshal registration and Title 19 flame-resistance certificates where required.
For anything that will be laundered, we recommend inherently flame-resistant fabrics over topically treated goods, because topical treatments wash out and require recertification.
Every order ships with test documentation for the material actually used.
-
We scope every project individually rather than gate it behind a unit count. Multi-room and multi-property programs are what we’re built for, and smaller scopes are welcome. If a project is too small for us to serve well, we’ll tell you and point you toward a better fit.
-
Six weeks on average, measured from approved sample to shipment.
What moves that number: fabric availability is the most common variable — a mill backorder affects your schedule more than fabrication volume does. Program size, finishing complexity, and revision cycles also factor in.
You receive a committed production window in writing at PO, not a drifting estimate. If a date is at risk, you'll hear it from us before it slips.
-
Directly, and in writing.
We tell you immediately what the revision affects — units already cut, units already finished, material on hand, and the schedule impact. You receive a written change order with cost and revised dates before we proceed. Nothing moves forward on a verbal approval.
Where previously completed units can be remade to the new specification, we price that as an option so you can weigh it against your schedule.
-
We’re based in Central Indiana and ship nationwide. Fabrication happens in-house here — nothing is routed offshore, so your project isn’t exposed to import timelines or customs holds.
Finished goods are packed and labeled by room type or phase, so your installation crew can stage without unpacking to identify pieces. We stage deliveries by floor, phase, or property when your schedule calls for it.
For federally funded or military work, ask us about domestic-content requirements — Buy American, TAA, and Berry Amendment.
-
Yes — that’s how we prefer to work.
We archive your specs. Fabric, pleat style, lining, hardware, and finished dimensions are recorded by room type, so a later phase references the original job rather than a fresh estimate.
We retain your documentation. Certificates of flame resistance and test reports stay on file, tied to the material actually used, so you can answer an inspection or survey years later.
We complete your vendor packet. W-9, certificate of insurance, ACH forms, references, and our capability statement — whatever your onboarding process requires.
You keep the same point of contact across phases.
One thing to plan for: mills discontinue fabric lines, and dye lots vary between runs. If future phases are already anticipated, tell us at the outset — we can reserve yardage up front or document an approved equivalent before you need it.
-
Two ways. Request our capability statement if you’re building a vendor list or need something to circulate internally. Book a discovery call if you have a live project and want to talk through specifications and timing.
Either way, there’s no obligation — and if we’re not the right fit for your program, we’ll tell you.
OR
Ready to See if We’re the Right Fit?
Request our capability statement for a full overview of our process, compliance options, and lead times — or book a discovery call to discuss your project directly.
No obligation. No sales pressure — just a straight answer about whether we’re the right partner for your program.
