You Didn’t Get Into Design to Chase Vendors

  • Four vendors to track icon

    Four Vendors, One Deadline

Fabric from one place, hardware from another, fabrication somewhere else, installation from a fourth. Every handoff is a chance for something to slip — and you’re the one who has to explain it to your client.

    Misinterpreted Designs

A workroom that improvises on your drawings and specs costs you a remake, a delayed install, and a conversation with your client that you should never have to have.

    Quotes that Take Weeks

You can’t present a proposal without the numbers. Slow quoting stalls your entire project timeline, not just the window treatments.

Window treatment projects don’t have to go this way.

Most of what can go wrong is predictable, so we plan for it.

How We Work Instead

One Partner. Whole Scope. Your Timeline.

Your Drawing, Executed as Drawn

We work to documented fabrication standards, not to interpretation. If something in your specification will not behave the way you expect — a fabric that will not hold the pleat, a return that will not clear the hardware — you hear about it before production, not after installation.

COM accepted on every product except linings. Scaled renderings are credited back against your invoice when the work order is placed.

One Contact, From Drawing to Installed

Design assistance, fabrication, hardware, measuring, and installation come from the same place. Eight categories of soft goods — drapery, Roman shades, top treatments, pillows, cushions, bedding, table linens, and light upholstery — so a whole room is one conversation instead of four.

On-site final measure included. A Pinched Pleat representative is present at Greater Indianapolis installations.

Quoted in Three Business Days

Send complete information, and your quote comes back in three business days. Estimates are valid for 30 days, so the number you present to your client is still the one they decide on. Production runs four to six weeks from the work order and deposit.

Minor change orders are complimentary. Rush work is considered on a case-by-case basis.
